My mother surprised me with my new Crocs classic sandal. She bought 3 pairs including the Gundam All terrain clog and her most wished mega crush sandal. Happy feet. She liked the customer service of the staff in Vivo branch that's why she always go to that branch. She was assisted by Roxan, so very patient in handling customer needs and Mary helped in checking the stocks inside the back office. Keep it up.

Like to commend Mary from this outlet for being helpful, the rest of the staff especially one Chinese girl who was mopping the floor toward the store closing time should learn from her..when asked if there was a similar pair to make a comparison, she just brushed me off by saying every pair is made like that..but fortunately, Mary came to assist by bringing me another pair before I made my selection. To the Chinese staff, whoever you are, if you are not ready to serve or dont want to be in the customer service, I think it's best you stick to doing housekeeping at the store.. Overall, would still recommend but avoid when the store is crowded because they'll be too busy to serve you.
