Before coming here I kept seeing bad reviews about their customer service here, was a bit scared at first about their rude service. However, I was shocked that one of their staff was so nice and friendly despite her rushing to open the stall alone and even answer to enquires from customers even before opening at 11am. I was impressed with her attitude and her service, not sure if it is the same staff mentioned below in all the negative reviews. The shoes are so pretty and affordable since it is a huge sales considering DMK retail price… however the sizes were quite limited (mostly only size 35,39,40,41 etc) but still managed to get a shoe that I really like in my size 37 despite the heels being very high.

There is only one lady staff in the shop. She is friendly and helpful with pouching extra holes as the straps where a little loose. Sale price is cheap $13.90 and lots of selection but Im not sure if they have complete sizes available. Mostly off season design but in general acceptable selections.

Good service by Mdm Lily! She was readily on hand to assist with sizes and even help me to wax the inner of the shoes to prevent abrasion. No comment on quality of shoes as its a new purchase
