I must singled out Ms Brenda who stands out with her exceptional service, showcasing deep product knowledge and listening to customer needs.
She is attentive without being overbearing, creating a comfortable shopping environment.
I walked away with a pair of sneaker and feeling valued and well-cared for, I truly enjoyed the overall shopping experience.
V. N.I was there over the past couple of weeks looking for a shoe and then coming back to try a size they brought over from another store. Twice was served by the female shop assistant, she was very helpful, great attitude. I didn’t end up buying but she was understanding and kept her great attitude throughout. I was also at another GEOX store recently and had unpleasant service with a frown. The next time I buy my GEOX, I’d come back here in a heartbeat. And hopefully she will still be around!
