I tried a couple models in this outlet. The staff had been helpful. However, they didn't fit well so I politely thanked the staff as I didn't buy anything. She swear in Mandarin and gave me a very impolite look. Though she had been helpful but I wasn't impressed with her service when a customer didn't buy a product. The product is good but I think the staff can behave better.

I own 5 pairs of Lucca Vudor and have worn them every day for years! Well made shoes, great service from both Beauty World and Star Vista stores but most importantly…. The online service is EXCEPTIONAL. They have delivered shoes to me within hours when I needed them urgently. Truly no competition and are THE BEST when it comes to customer service. I’ll give 10 ⭐️ if I could!
