I love shopping at the Wheelock outlet. The staff are attentive, friendly and always focused on what is comfortable (shoe fit wise) for their customers. They give honest feedback about products and make sure individual preferences are met. There is no upselling, no lies. Everyone that comes in is treated the same— kindly and courteously. The busiest store I visited yesterday. The place is perfect for crossing from Orchard to Wheelock, you can immediately see it, near the escalator. Children were given compliments on candy, chocolate and jelly. The waiter was alert and friendly
