L.Was pleasantly surprised by how warm and helpful the service of this place is. A lady ensured I was being attended to. A tall bespectacled guy went above and beyond, walking to the Ion branch to get me the pair of shoes that they did not have my size for.
He recommended the friction pads for my shoes and I purchased a spray that repels water. He put on the friction pads and sprayed the shoes for me too..
I ended up purchasing more than required but I felt his service was impeccable. 😊
S. C.I bought a pair from Wisma branch, but the branch was really busy and gave me a defective pair. Went down to Nex branch to exchange, and they gave me a perfect pair, and all of the store staff were super helpful and kind. If you want excellent service, go to Nex branch.
