Visited Rad Russel Suntec City outlet after my haircut next door, served by IDA, very helpful and se very helpful and service-oriented, despite despite the outlet shoe size is not available-able, she called and text all other outlets to meet my needs. Even got online to company E-shop to secure the shoe for me. (No commission for her!) Well done IDA of Rad Russel … demonstrating Singapore Retail Sales Representive service exce Service excellence. 👍🏼

This review is not specific to this outlet but rather to their shoe brand - Hanson Bookmaker. I just have one feedback on the heel block - for a brand new shoe, it wore off too quickly after 2 months of wearing it (2 times a week) and have to be replaced. Suggest putting on a higher quality heel block.

Small shop. Classic shoe styles. Most are flats with thick paddings for women. The shoes are very comfortable and beautiful. Only one staff there. She gave me the information and advise about the shoes. That make sure to take the right size as the sizes were different from my usual UK or European brands.

This is the best place to buy Rad Russel shoes, since it has wide range of shoes, which is hard to find at other places ie Takashimaya or Robinson’s. For members, there is additional discount during birthday month, so it becomes comparatively less expensive.
