We went to Skechers on saturday noon, the outlet was very crowded. We were approached by one of the staff : Ms Aarti (or Aati) who were very attentive and helpful. Tried some shoes and it took us more than 30mins to try and fit, yet she managed to assist us patiently. She also managed to serve other guests during the same time. What we see is the number of staffs at the outlet just could not match the incoming guests. They have two cashier machines, yet we notice only one operated during saturday noon. I can see how the staffs were overwhelmed and misunderstanding just naturally happened. It was just unfortunate to see some staffs were being shouted while serving other customers. Placement of items were also elusive, so most guests would need help from staff to find their right size. Hope that the store manager can fix this manpower issue. It definitely has potential to sell more, but some customer experience may let others reluctant to visit.

Awesome store staffs. Super friendly and attentive to customers though store was very busy. Amazing customer service that I rarely see from other companies. My wife and I had a pleasant experience at the store and including the cashier who attended to us yesterday as well with our purchase and including helping to resolve our exchange item as well. Amazing service by 1 young lady trainee. We were there on 24 Nov (Fri), and this young Chinese lady has been very enthusiatic and passionate to help both my wife and I in getting the appropriate pair of shoes. If not for the tag, I thought she was the manager of the outlet based on her outstanding service and passion for the work. Kudos to her. Sorry we didnt get your name. Happy to be served by Staff Soon Xin Yi at CCP outlet this afternoon! My elderly parents were shopping for their shoes. She gladly made multiple trips to their store room to check on shoe sizes even for same shoe but different colours..and even kindly reminded us on the discounts we would be getting. Even as we moved around the store to look at different items, she would locate us and make known that our items are already at the counter. Thanks for making our shopping a pleasant one!

Even though the store was a tad crowded when we visited, the staff were calm and attended to the customers patiently and swiftly. Selection is good too, except sizes for popular colours are not available. Overall, pleasant shopping experience.

One of Skechers' trainers, Anthony, happened to be staffing the CCP branch that day and it was a delightful experience chatting with him about the technologies and features of Skecher Performance shoes. Admittedly I had some preconceived biases against Skechers because of the marketing, and Anthony helped to dispel them - I came out rather impressed with the performance of the running range at their price points. He also alerted me to running workshops run by Skechers, which I'm interested to participate in. Thanks once again!

Skechers are easy on the soles as well as our pockets. This outlet epitomizes all that and more. The enthusiastic staff is a rarity these days. They are compassionate towards senior citizens, I am 70, as well as competent. How many Skechers saies persons can explain Gogamat and Memory Foam? Or for the matter, choice between stability and comfort? Well, here they can - albeit a bit clumsy.

This is like sporty wear for long walks, there's padded insole and its super lightweight, good for elderly and design is like dress shoes intead of sports shoes so can go with dresses and pants. There's 40% off for 2pairs now
