Big thanks to Vivian, 10 November 2024, 17:36 for her wonderful service, smile patience and speed was amazing and even reminded me to enjoy the promo and collect points! Was at this store 04Nov(Fri) night. Staff with a "temporary staff" tag, called Zane, was really helpful, attentive, enthusiastic. Great service. He did not dismiss a male customer looking at the Eevee pokemon shoe, even though it is only available in female cutting, and offered to try to find a size that fits. Some other stores' sales staff just went "this is for females only" and dismissed us. Hope the managers can recognise Zane's good service!
