I would like to commend Xin Hui for the excellent customer service she provided! She really went the extra mile to ensure I got comfortable shoes and made the shopping experience a pleasant one. Got these 2 pairs at $130 as there's a 2nd pair @ $1 deal. The shoe designs at these outlet are not bad and the deals are always great as well, would recommend ppl to come here to get Skechers shoes!!

The sketchers staff at SINGPOST branch was young and friendly. Very patient & nice 👍. I was happy I got a good deal for Int'l Women's Day. The waliking shoes was comfortable with memory foam. GREAT! 🚶‍♀️

This afternoon went to paya lebar shopping at singpost happen to drop by sketches shop so I drop by hope that can buy a shoe for myself one of the staff by the name of Pauline was a young lady she is very patient and nice to recommend me the shoes. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from her and I will definitely look for her the next time if I go back to buy the shoes anyway thanks for her recommend me the shoes👍

There is a great customer oriented sales assistant called "sani". He is patient and am always willing to suggest designs & finding the correct shoe for us to choose. Due to size limitations at the outlet he also know what and how to recommend. As we were choosing for almost an hour, he is always attentive even though he had other jobs on hand.
