I think the service is pretty good, have been there for multiple times to check out the shoes. Some reviews actually comment on the issue of needing to ask for permission before trying the shoe, I believe the salesman is just being protective about the shoes (undeniably the nature of this kind of shop differs from some others). I guess customers should take note of this factor and understand the reason behind this…respect those shoes and respect the salesman. Overall, the experience has been great:)

Let me.see what i should comment: 1. Wanted to buy wow10 mint at first they told me don't have size 10.5 2. Wanted to try the shoe myself, the first sales (an older guy remind me can't go try myself,they had to specifically open it up themselves. Not sure why can't try myself while all other shop u just pick up the shoe u like and can start try (for fitting purposes) 3. I try the shoe from the table they put anyhow, then the guy told me i had to ask first for trying and tell me to put at the wall display, while the shoe itself came from the table, and when i finish trying, the guy feel like diskike because i try the shoe myself, without asking permission. Then i put back on the table because there is no way i put on the wall since it does come from the wall display, and no space at the first place. Then the guy take the shoe and talk to the people at the reception counter maybe thinking why i never put back on the wall, after he discuss with his person on the reception, he put back the shoe on the table, 😄 weird. 4. I go again to the store tonight, meeting different guy, but this time, i get a better treatment, ayounger fella, he go to the extent of finding my size 😄😃 for the same shoe i ask a few days ago when they say dont have my size and finally got it. and im happy cause i got what i wanted. Well the moral story, if u end up with bad salesman, suck your thumb (army way) haha and close ur ear ignore the person and walk out, which means please try again till u got a better sales person here, As long as they don't make a physical contact, i'm fine with it. the most positive side in this store is that the pricepoint is not so crazy from other store in fact cheaper from the official lining store. so im ok with it. and be aware of yourself when coming to this store select the salesperson first before ending up a 1 star hahaha. happy buying

The shop does not take Visa & Mastercard. So it’s challenging for foreign shopper that does carry much cash around. Beyond that, the shoe& jersey collection is a lot.
