Sheley Lok from Chinatown branch served me. She is very professional in her work. All sales done within 30mins. I was suppose to have an appt at Somerset on 16Feb but Regina msg me on 15Feb to say the person is on MC. She offered to help me make an appt for 18 Feb at Chinatown branch . When I arrived at the Allu Chinatown, Sheley said that was no appt made. Thank God Sheley was available n able to help me with my sales.

I am a Japanese resident here, and the only Japanese staff member at ALLU Singapore, a man named Mr. Takahashi, handled my assessment. After all, since I am Japanese, I felt very at ease knowing that the Japanese staff would treat me politely. I don't use branded items, so even if I wanted to sell them, Singapore still doesn't have the culture of buying things at pawnshops like in Japan, and I feel like a pawnshop is a place where you borrow money, so it's hard for ordinary Japanese people to get used to it. is. (In Japan, it is common these days to sell branded items to pawn shops, but if you say you are looking for a pawn shop here, people will think that you are borrowing money, which makes people think it is strange.) I have a lot of brand-name products that I don't use and I want to sell them, but I don't know where to go in Singapore.There seems to be an app like Mercari in Japan, but the hurdles are high for Japanese people, so I'm having trouble selling them. I'm grateful that the store opened! We couldn't agree on the appraised price, so we decided not to do it this time, but I'm really impressed with Mr. Takahashi's courteous response! Recommended if you want to sell your brand in Singapore.
