Brought my mother to do a hearing assessment and hv her hearing aid tuned accordingly. Winnie was very patient and helpful in explaining the results and the adjustments she made to the hearing aid. She continued to assist via WhatsApp to trouble shoot the issues that arise whilst using the hearing aid app on the phone. Very happy with her service 😊

I made a pair of in-the-canal (ITC) hearing aids 7 years ago & experienced ear block similar to that of pressure in the ear to the extent I had to remove my hearing aids to blow my nose in order & hear a ‘pop’ sound so as to equalise the pressure. This is a result of built-up pressure. Hence, I found it very annoying to wear my hearing aids as I will have to remove them frequently within the day just to remove the pressure. However, I was asked to try wearing a pair of behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids for a trial period & i was amazed at how I was able to wear it for long hours without any pressure build-up. Obviously, I was very convinced & it increased my confidence to buy a new pair of BTE hearing aids. Please do take note that getting a pair of ITC hearing aids may or may not suit you. It is Winnie, the audiologist at Bedok branch who suggested that I try the BTE hearing aids & I am ever so thankful that I took her advice as I was very strongly against wearing any hearing aids. Her service is impeccable & her knowledge of hearing aids is wide.

I.visited Bedok Amazing Clinic together with my husband as i was not happy with an earlier hearing aid bought from another doctor. I was very sttessed and was affecting my health badly. I then read on Facebook abt the clinic and wanted to take a second opinion. When i arrive there i was greeted a frienfly warm lady Ms Winnie Ling, an audiologist who attended to me and checked on my concerns. Shortly after Mr Sharad Govil,the senior audiologist came and understood and explained to me and did a hearing test for me again and checked both my ears carefully. He theh discovered that there was wax in my ears and may also contribute why I could not hear well as well. He was calm and patient . I was very touched when both if the audiologist accomplished us to a clinic nearby to have the wax removed immediately. First time ever someone is so.caring and kind to close their clinic and accompanying us. The doctor immediately removed the wax and to my astonishment my hearing improved. They waited for us until we paid the bill and then at the clinic explained in detail to us and also did some tuning to my aid to help me. They never force me to buy a hearing aid from them however help me with the earlier set so . Such fantastic service and i will go back to them for a review and will give a second thought to a new set for sure. Thank you Winnie and Sharad for an amaxing awrvice at Bedok Clinic. Will definitely visit us again and i encourage others to please go if you encounter hearing difficulties Mrs R.B Samant
