Stumbled across Aratamete and was serviced by Adrian who was patient and knowledgeable. The end product is amazing and we definitely made the right choice. There might be cheaper options out there but the difference can definitely be seen AND felt, both the weight and the hand feel. Amazing! Installation was also a breeze and they even had the installers steam the curtains after. Seamless purchase, would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a quality purchase.

We were looking for a carpet for our new house and came across ARATAMETE. Upon visiting their showroom, we were greeted by Jose. He was very patient and patiently guided us throughout the whole process. He introduced all the different types of carpet and offered his thoughts upon seeing our house colours. As first time owners of a proper carpet, we were pretty lost but luckily Jose was there to help us and answer all of our questions. Upon receiving of our carpet, we absolutely love the feel and texture of it and the quality of the carpet. The carpet is soft to the touch and creates a whole new feel to our place. Huge thanks to Jose once again for his help and recommendations and my wife and I are so grateful that we bought our carpet from ARATAMETE.

Working with Aratamete from consultation to installation was smooth and easy going. They were accommodating to an earlier timeslot before cny which is always so tough to accede to. This is my first visit to Aratamete and I’m very impressed by the soft texture and Australian vibe I’m getting from the choices of the curtains. You don’t need a lot of choices to confuse your decision, once you see it, you will know which is the one for your house. I’m served by Jose, and he is very professional in terms of advising you what kind of curtain suits yr room to create the space and theme you want. And the great thing is their service is really good because Jose listens to your needs and wants and recommend you the options accordingly. The installation was fast and efficient and they do steam the curtains meticulously after they are installed. Therefore, I’m very pleased with that. The only thing that I’m slightly less satisfied was the delay of installation date due to the delay of manufacturing of the material. So I think the timeline could be improved on their side. Overall, I love their curtains and service :) thank you Team Aratamete ♥️

Got all my curtains and rugs done by Aratamete and i can safely say that i made the right choice. Their fabric quality is truly unbeatable compared to other suppliers. I got the Baobab for day curtains and the Birch for my night curtains and i love it! The service is very good too, although there were some issues with my rug delivery initially, they got it rectified promptly. Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting window treatments and rugs for their place and would definitely be a repeat customer myself.

So happy with our Aratamete curtains! Enjoyed working with the team from start to finish - the attention to detail was spectacular. We did some blackout curtains for the master bedroom, and as a light sleeper I truly love how it was indeed blocking out all the sunlight in the morning. Highly recommend the day curtains as well - they give such a nice glow to the apartment!

It was a great pleasure working with Aratamete for the soft furnishings of our new home. Grace was very helpful with the fabric recommendations. Delivery and installations were all supervised. Minor rectifications were dealt with very promptly. We ended up trying their lime paint and really loved the effect it had on the room.

We ordered curtains and blinds from Aratamete. Very happy with the end results and am impressed with the staff and their delivery from on-site measurements to installation. Despite that their orders were full, they rushed to meet my deadline. I’m very appreciative for the trouble they took especially during this pre-CNY period. During installation, they took extra efforts to iron the curtains and nicely arranged them in folds. And when they saw that my floor was dusty due to ongoing reno works, they promptly covered the hem of the curtains with plastic bags to protect them from the dusty surface. And I like that both ends of the curtains has an L shape cover to reduce the light streaming in. Very pleased with Aratamete, I reckon the best way to thank them is to give them this feedback that they so deserve! Good job! 👍
