Staff Flora had a pleasant aura and such a bubbly personality whilst describing the scent of my preference. Told her i liked something that smelled like “ocean” and she went the extra mile to look out for multiple scent which matched the scent i wanted. Really friendly staff and very approachable! She should be promoted at this rate because she seems so experienced like a professional!

awesome service by the salesperson saimen, always feel welcome whenever i enter the store as they will greet their customers. bought lanyard,hand sanitizers and wallflower plug and refills. came for 2nd time and bought 2 bottles of refills + 1 bottle refill FOC. my room and living room smell super nice! helps me to sleep and relax. wallflower plug was easy to use and able to change the fragrance whenever i want to .

I went on the 10th of October to purchase and exchange some items and the staffs there were really kind and approachable, especially this one chinese lady staff who reccomended me many body mists according to my preferences. Would definitely visit this branch again! :)
