If you are looking for a bathroom supply store which provide quality product with competitive price and excellent service, I would highly recommend Bathhauz Pte Ltd where you can get the best possible value for your money. We went to many many bathroom stores when looking for WC, washbasins, and tap mixers. We were really happy when we found Bathhauz and we eventually got all our bathroom items here. I rarely bother writing reviews but I wished someone told me about this place earlier on - it would have saved us so much time! The service here is excellent - Kenneth was really nice and patient with us, and always gave us his honest opinion (you will find no hard selling nor pushing of selected products here). In terms of selection, its not the widest, but it was actually better for us to have curated options (they carry all the top brands) than be overwhelmed by too many choices. To be honest, most decisions are about prices in the end, and we eventually got everything here as Kenneth gave us simply unbeatable prices (we were able to do lots of price comparison given the many stores we had been to before). After sales support has also been fantastic so far. One of our WCs had a slight flushing issue after installation, and Kenneth was persistent in getting his support team to resolve it - it took them a few trips.
