I went into the shop this evening to get 1KG of sliced pork bak kwa. Staff there persistently tried to upsell me not once, not twice but five times in total. From the moment I decided on my purchase all the way when I paid for my purchase at the counter. I think this is way too much! You guys almost lost my sales tonight. It’s fine to upsell but not pester the customer.
