We engaged Bqueens wedding for both our Singapore and Indo wedding as it was recommended by our friends. As per their recommendation, we went with Jeanie and we had no regrets at all! Jeanie was so patient, and very warm during all of our meetings. I had a hard time deciding on my gowns and she would just patiently bring out gowns after gowns. Thanks to her, we managed to find nice gowns for both myself and our mums! It was quite a long process (over a year) and through it all, Jeanie was professional, easy going and very sincere. At one point we joked that ‘everything also okay’ as she would always try her best to cater to us, including offering alterations (she added the sash on the tube of my gown, and also a inner lining for the off shoulder gown) to make the dress look good. All in all, no regrets at all engaging Bqueens! They might not have the widest range of gowns and some gowns are rather tired (worn multiple times) but we preferred their service so much more than the other bridal shop (ahem BY) who had really nice gowns but was so rigid in their rules, not accommodating at all and I was so stressed trying to find a gown in just 1.5 hours. Highly recommend Jeanie! 10/10 service and thanks to her we really enjoyed our bridal process!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Before we went to BQueens, we had actually signed and placed a deposit with Love Story but somehow the vibes we received there felt so wrong (now we know why, after seeing that they closed down) so after much recommendation from my husband’s nieces (they both signed with Bqueens), we were pleasantly surprised when greeted by Jeanie. She’s a very dedicated coordinator, from arranging appointments for us, finding suitable gowns based on my figure and personal preferences during my fitting day (in fact, she knew exactly what I like, went as far as to suggesting my hairdo, put on veil and bouquet so that I could visualise how I looked so she ended helping my family to choose all my gowns for me!) She even went to the extend of requesting for the management to bring a size bigger for my husband’s suit just so that we could have it for our actual day. On our final fitting day, she even remembered to keep drawing the curtains whenever I did my fitting and requested for my husband not to look in (coz she remembered I want to do a first look with my husband for all of my gowns). Truly, I couldn’t be more thankful to receive such a dedicated service. While it seems she might be not prompt in our WhatsApp correspondence but all these time, she was really just busy attending to the couples inside the studio. We know this because we witness it ourselves! Our work schedule often have to be late for our fitting but she will still try to accommodate till it’s even after the closing hour. She has made all the arrangements to be so convenient for us that this was the least we had to worry about for our wedding day! Thank you Jeanie!

Engaged Bqueens for our PwS and actual day package. Affordable package as compare with other bridal shops. They have a separated store loaded with tons of dresses. Our sales, Lynn is experienced and professional. She even can tailor our clothes during fitting session. She even help my wife to source out those colors and size she preferred. She is naggy at times but trust me she's good in her work. Bqueens is really the first place you should visit when you begin your bridal searching tour. Their quotes on their package within our budget, and their vendors such as Florist, make up artists and photography are top notch! Out photos should speak for their services.

We accidentally damaged the gown on our photoshoot and the boutique was really really kind to help us resolve this issue, really thankful and grateful on this issue! It could get messy seeing so many dresses but u can tell her your preference and she will dig it up for you. My guests all say my dresses were very nice. Visit them for a free try on :)

I signed an AD gown package + makeup with Bqueens and it came with complimentary gowns for my pws, bridesmaids gowns, and parents outfits. It was a really good deal so I signed on the spot. Lynn was the coordinator assigned to me, and she was very helpful it recommending dresses which would suit my body shape. Both the pws gown and AD gowns I chose were recommended by her, and I received many compliments about how pretty the gowns were. Lynn would always send me reminders of my upcoming appointments and was very accommodating whenever I had to make some last minute scheduling changes. I was referred by my friend to try out Bqueens, and I did not regret it at all! They have a lot of selection, and I was also assigned to Lynn, who is really nice and she knows my style very well, so I really trust her a lot. We engaged Bqueens for our AD and no regrets at all!! the package was very attractive and Jeanie was a joy to liaise with. i went to bqueens twice before i decided to sign with them & both times they treated me very patiently though i went on a weekend and they were very busy. After signing, we liaised with Jeanie a lot, including after her working hours which we are very surprised and thankful that she still patiently respond to us. When I am unsure on which dress to choose, Jeanie always provides me with her opinion for my consideration and in fact, the 2 white gowns i selected in the end were recommended by Jeanie and the other young girl that was in the store (sorry i can’t remember your name!) We visited many bridal studios before deciding on Bqueens. They have a wide range of gowns and the rate is extremely competitive. My consultant is Lynn. She allows me to try as many gowns as I want and did not pressure me to decide quickly. Although she is busy, she is willing to let me go down the shop twice to confirm on my PWS gown as im unsure whether i chose the right one. She is also friendly and accomodating. She always try to assist us with our last min requests. Her overall service is very flexible & good! To add on, their new staff, Daphne is very friendly and patient too. Highly recommend to choose Bqueens!

We signed a wedding package in Bqueen in feb 22 for our wedding in dec 22. The person in charge of our wedding package was Lynn and her service standards has been phenomenal. We signed the full package with Lynn which included PWS outfits, PWS photography, ROM outfit, ROM PG and VG, AD outfits, AD PG, make up, car decorations, hand bouquet (our ROM was on a different day as our wedding ceremony). Lynn gave us a very competitive price for our entire package. In addition, bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen suit, parents suit/dresses were included as well. During our initial discussion, she was very patient in explaining each and every cost breakdown as well as any potential additional cost so as to avoid any potential misunderstandings. In the first visit, she also allowed my wife to try multiple dresses (wedding gowns, evening gowns and cheongsams) even before we signed the package. We subsequently decided to sign with bqueen due to their large range of gowns and Lynn gave very good recommendations. Most of her recommendations were spot on due to her many years of experience. As part of the package, we chose Forever Pixels as our PG/VG. Henry from Forever Pixels was very experienced and professional. He was friendly and funny as well which helped reduce stress during our actual days. Photos he took were good as well and the final photo and video versions were flawless. Our make up artist was Keith whose work was fantastic. He was fast and efficient for both PWS and AD. During our lead up to PWS, Lynn allowed my wife to visit multiple times to try different dresses including the new releases. She helped us reserve dresses that she thought fitted my wife even before she tried it on and her suggestions were usually good. Prior to the wedding, Lynn was very prompt in helping our bridesmaid and groomsmen find their dresses and suits. For our gown and suits, Lynn personally did the alterations to ensure they fitted us perfectly even. She was even more of a perfectionist than us when it came to the fitting of the suits and gowns. Accessories such as earring, necklace, tie etc were provided as well if we needed. Throughout these few months, she has been kind enough to accede to our multiple requests which has helped us make our special day run smoothly. The gown return process was flexible and efficient as well. I would definitely recommend Bqueen to any of my friends and would highly suggest that they look for Lynn when they are there.

The first time I met her, she recommended me a few gowns based on my bodyshape and likes and she has been very very patient with me throughout the whole try ons. I was supposed to head to another wedding shop to try other gowns but I decided to sign with Bqueens the moment I tried on their gowns. Linda was my appointed designer and that was the best thing ever!!! She is so friendly! As me and my fiance are considered plus size, I was kind of stressed and overthinking whether can we fit into anything. But Linda was SO ASSURING <3 She keep telling us "dont worry!! Can alter to fit!" She always flies to find new dresses and suits that are suitable for us. Even if it ends up to be unsuitable or not to our liking, she always tell us "ITS OKAY! :D " and dashes to find more. (She so nice!! Always paiseh to tell her if she happen to pick styles that we happen to not like :P) Linda even reccomend us to come in every month to try out their new dresses! BQueens have new dresses every month!! She told us we can KIV any dress any time, just have to decide when the actual date get closer. Personally I have tried 8 different bridal boutiques but we decided to go with Bqueens in the end cause of the excellent customer service by Lynn. She tried her best to attend to everyone even though she was so busy. They offered us a great package at an affordable price and what I like the most is that they very generously allowed us to try their gowns limitlessly unlike at some other boutiques that either has a time limit or that you can only try 3 gowns. Lynn did her best at recommending what she think looks good on me and we were spoilt for choice. They even provides rental for parents gowns and suits which was a great help for us too. The boss Valent is also extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a nice chat while waiting for my gowns too. Hence at Bqueens, we can always make ourselves feel "at home" since everytime when we go there we will always feel comfortable to sit around and relax while waiting unlike at other boutiques where you may feel quite pressurized and uneasy. Just ended my AD bridal gown rental w bequeens. Lynn is our PIC, her service is 10/10👍🏼 There is a wide range of gowns for all sizes and Lynn has a sharp eye on which gown is suitable for you and it really helps! Package are really worth every penny, you really have a diverse range of wedding/evening gowns, kua, cheongsam for females and also suits for males to make sure you can find the right one. Was introduced to their in-house mua (Keith) for my bridal makeup, Keith is very professional and helpful👍🏼 Highly recommended to all bride-to-be, it’s really a one stop location to settle all including parents, siblings, best man and bridesmaid. The entire experience at Bqueens was very good! I went with Bqueens for my actual day/solemnisation. Wish I could have done my research more and go with them for my PWS as well. Love their warm service and they are generally nice and friendly. After paying the deposit for my gown, I was assigned to designer - Linda. She is the best! She was very genuine and patient throughout my whole gown recommendation and alteration journey, even when my wedding day was very near. She always try her best to slot me in of my preferred time slot. 1 week before my wedding, I customised and added the type of sleeve I prefer for my gown, and she done it so beautifully and so accommodative even when time is restrained. She knows exactly what I want and at the same time the outcome is very pretty. I love it. She’s so dedicated in her job. Would totally recommend Linda as your designer planner if you go with Bqueens! 😊👍🏻

Highly recommend Bqueens! I am uk14-16 and they have a lot of gowns to choose from. Initially I was afraid that there wasn’t a lot of gowns to choose from due to my size. Ann and Valent has been extremely helpful during my 2 visits. During my first visit, Ann and Valent made me feel very comfortable. They offered many different silhouettes to choose from. It didn’t feel like they were rushing me to make a decision to sign on a package and even encourage me to try more gowns first. Ann even brought in the men’s suit for my husband to try on and offered to help us take photos. 😂 when mentioned that I am afraid that mums gown would be an issue, Valent brought out the iPad to show my mum the various gowns that she could choose from as well. During my second visit to look for a pws gown, they let me try on a few silhouettes and see how I feel. After which they picked more of the same silhouettes of different design that will suit the location of my pws. Initially I was not comfortable with mermaid cut but Ann encouraged me to try. Turns out, I picked a mermaid cutting which was very surprising. Highly recommend bqueens!

(Edited) With ongoing covid-19, various changes have been made to my wedding plan unfortunately and it has been postponed multiple times. We are extremely grateful to Linda, whom has been super accommodating and helpful in assisting us. Additionally, she is a wedding dress designer herself and I have absolute trust in her designing the MTM dress for me. She provided valuable feedbacks when choosing my wedding dresses and made sure that they are tailored to my figure. Unfortunately, the downside is that bqueen takes quite a bit of time to respond. However, face to face appointments were alright. Jeanie is very helpful and friendly.

The entire bqueens team was extremely prompt, approachable, and most importantly, not pushy! Linda was an excellent designer and seamstress, and turned my mtm dream wedding gown into reality. It was a joy working with Bqueens, and I never doubted that my gown would be completed as envisioned in spite of circuit breaker, thanks to the reassuring updates that Linda and team provided along the way :)

It is only by god's grace that I can find my ideal mermaid wedding gown at the shortest time and within my budget. I am a size 10 with fuller hip and the other bridal studios told me need to lose more weight so can look better. One even said it's normal to feel abit like cannot breathe. I showed the lady boss the pic of the wedding gown I like and she immediately brought it out. Imagine my joy! The lady boss is professional and genuine. My biggest and happiest surprise is when I collect my gown one week before my wedding. Their alteration is so fantastic that my bosom looks fuller and my figure looks more hour-glass. When I asked why, they explained their seamstress already saw me and knew what to alter. Very the powerful ah!

Great place to get your gowns for any occasion. While they cater to wedding events, you could also get gowns for just any events. Staff and owner Valen were extremely helpful. The gowns were very well designed. Guys could also get suits there as well. Basically a one stop shop on all your wedding needs. They have contacts for florists, makeup artists and even photographers.
