I requested for same day delivery and the customer service replied and told me the available time slot and asked me if i will be free to picked it up. After I arranged the preferred timing, I waited patiently then i communicated with Cherry Affairs after i saw the rainy weather, surely enough i got a call from the delivery man saying he is stuck in traffic and will come a little late but I was alright. Despite the late delivery, my package came in one piece in a neat box with nothing on it, very safe and discreet. In conclusion, the customer service was prompt and cater well to my requests and I think the delivery was fast despite the slight lateness but well done making sure everything went smoothly! ;)

Exceptional customer service, highly recommended! Living in Thailand, so had my order shipped from their base in Singapore.
