During our visit to Singapore, Chris ans his team went out of their way to help us repair the wheels of our wheelchair at very short notice very near to the end of the work day. Even offered a loaner chair for our use should they not be able to complete the repair in time. They provide a top service and come highly recommended.

The new Soma pushchair is comfortable, lightweight & easy to use. Highly recommended👍🏻 Service was great too. Enquiry & messages were replied promptly. We came on 27/3/24 at IMM outlet in the afternoon to surrender our wheelchair for repair. We acknowledge that repair is only on Tuesday and Friday. We came early to sent it so on the folowing Tuesday we are able to collect it. At that point of time, when i was talking to one of the staff, (staff is courteous and polite), my hubby was still sitting on the wheel chair outside the office door. When i went out, I explained to my hubby that we leave the chair here for repair. The staff take a look at our wheels and he said that thats not much of repair to do, he can change it on the spot. How happy my husband was as he can have his wheelchair on the same day. Thank you sir, (u know who you are) for attending to our needs. Its the blessed in the month of Ramadan. If you need to purchase wheel chair, nursing bed, commote and other needs do contact them.

Chanced upon Easy Wheels Wheelchairs @ IMM when I was searching for a vendor to purchase some items like diapers and boost isocal. Their service is simply amazing. Salesperson are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They replied to my whatsapp messages almost instantaneously and was very patient and detailed in all their replies to my endless queries. Their prices for some items are also one of the lowest as compared to other vendors. It is so easy to contact and make enquiries with Easy Wheels on the replacement of the rear tyres of my wheelchair. Pleasant staff who would advise on the parts to be replaced. They also did a good job in cleaning and servicing the entire wheelchair which I did not even know was rickety. I got back my wheelchair as good as new. The staff was also honest to say it could last a couple more years, even though they could easily push me to buy one from them. No hardsell - I like. Location inside IMM was unfortunately very hard to find.

Whatapp fixed appointment time with cost same and can get it done within 1 hrs on same day. Discovered can buy others things here that mum need too.. I was looking for a place to repair the tires on our wheelchair and chanced upon Easy Wheelchairs. WhatsApp the shop and got a response almost immediately. Fixed an appt and went down to their office friendly staff even sent us very clear instructions on how to get to their office. So getting to their office was a breeze. Upon arrival, friendly staff also proactively checked on the wheelchair and informed us on other problems which we weren’t aware abt. Friendly staff also patiently brought out different mobility equipments and explained the functions and usability which we enquired about. We have been to other similar shops and even popular pharmacies to enquire mobility equipments but never gotten such sincere and patient advices. The friendly staff is not pushy in closing a deal but patiently tries to understand our concerns and recommend the different mobility equipments. We will definitely go back to Easy Wheelchairs and will recommend others if they need any service from them.
