Very polite and professional. When I stepped in, Mireille attended to me immediately with explanation that she was pre-occupied. She took my contact and time gauge to attend to me so that I can go on to do my other errands. Called me back within the expected time and I returned. She handled my belongings with care and respect although my items were so heavily used. The way she talked to me and handled my queries was done in a very kind and gentle yet respectful demeanour. The sms quotation helps me to get a general idea how much I can sell the items before I visit their shop. At the shop, the checking and service are professional and efficient.
