Khai Ling was very patient and knew what I wanted. She showed me around at the showroom for the items that I described to her . She has good knowledge of the products and gave sincere recommendations The plumbers were very committed in the installations of my taps. The installations were done so fast and neat , which did not mess up my kitchen and toilet. Thank you Khai Ling and the plumbers .

Amazing services given by the staff there. We are walk in direct customer without ID company not contractor. The male staff patiently explained how the product could work or what attention point that we have to reconsider, with a humble and respect manner, as we really know very little. The female staff also gave more expertise explanation when she was aware of help needed. The process was so smooth, responsive. Their contractor arrived our place on time on both inspection and installation days; which is considered very high services quality compare to the nowadays ’ contractors’ overwhelmed schedule (also delay or reschedule). All and all, very good service both from shop and in house contractor, products are as same as seen and told. If you need respectful service and genuine opinions, highly recommend to shop here!
