Epitex’s new flagship outlet at Plaza Singapura is really big and spacious, and stocked with a wide variety of bedroom essentials! Many spots inside the spot are quite Instagrammable too! I’ve always been a fan of Epitex’s good quality bed linen and Hotel Collection so I’ll definitely be back to purchase more! Kudos to their friendly staff who assisted me when I was interested to know the difference between the thread counts and material! 👍🏼

Popby plaza Singapura flagship store. Their staff super friendly and helpful. Plus their store atmosphere is so warm. Their bedsheets got so many types. Love the shopping experience there. Can feel and touch the material as well. Gotten afew sets for myself. Loving them! So soft!!

Good buy and great selection of design from fb live sales. Most items are heavily discounted and the staffs are very patient and friendly to answer all questions posted to them during live. And fast delivery too. Payment within same day of live sales and we get our items delivered the next day! Looking forward to more Tokidoki series sales and be sharing to invite more friends.

I was given an extra cooling Cryocool bed set a couple of months ago but only used it during CNY. The material was extremely soft and silky and true to its name, it has a very cooling effect. Probably the most comfortable bedlinen I've ever used. Extremely satisfied with the product.

In love with their bedsheets. All their range are of good quality. Favourite is Tencel bedsheet set. Love that it comes with two bolster cases. I am in love with their tencel pillow too. So far the only brand that is suitable for me to sleep well. Their FB live promotion is cheaper than online store and retail store promotion. Will continue to support their FB live.

A big credit to the CS, Judy/Julie that answered my call on Deepavali, 14th Nov.Bought a quilt on Shopee and the website’s CS insisted that the colour which I bought was out of order and wanted me to take the one which claimed to be the only colour left.Then I called the store and this nice lady sorted everything out for me and arranged special delivery for my order. Please put staffs who know your products well on e-commerce website, the products are good quality but service matters a lot too.

I bought the Nutex Bamboo bedsheets from FB live sale. It is a bargain. The bedsheets are comfortable. However, I took 1 star off because of the size. The standard bed length in Singapore is 190cm, but Epitex bedsheets are 198cm. The bedsheets are "baggy" and untidy looking because they are too large. Hope Epitex can consider making the length shorter to 190cm. It is after all supposed to be a FITTED sheet.

Love Epitex bedsheets. I’ve been using their tencel series and it’s really smooth, comfortable and durable. Just bought their micromodal ones via fb live to try and it feels very smooth and comfortable too. Not to mention their service is really prompt and great. Delivery in less than 24 hrs! Amazing.
