Amazing installation experience with Fotile. My kitchen came with Miele previously, and they proved to be too costly to maintain over time. Fotile came strongly recommended by my neighbours who took the plunge to change to Fotile. For those who are not aware, Fotile is the leading kitchen appliances brand in China. I opined they represent best value currently. The Fotile team - Mr. Li (wearing glasses) and Mr.Yang reach my unit punctually at 9am, and completed the installation (hob and stove) and modification of the kitchen cabinets by 1pm. Amazingly cool.

I come here to comment after used for half month. It is really highly recommended for families who cooked a lot like stir-fry. Now my kitchen much more clean and almost oil free when comparing my previous local branch. I no need to wipe the cabinet after every cook as all the oil been filtered. Disappointing experience given the high end price. 1. Inconsistent price online and at showroom. Showroom has $120 discount while not available online. Given the ulu location, who would buy onsite during the first visit? 2. Installation charts are sub-standard for the price of the hood. The exhaust 180mm hole is off center but sales/support never remind you about it. Also the hood comes with exhaust accessories, we were never informed about. Now I can't even fit them. 3. Installaion experience - irresponsible and lack of patience. Because of the off center exhaust holes, carpenter had to cut holes on the spot to fit the pipe. Fotile guys couldn't wait as they have few more sites to run. They left without connecting the power and check if the range hood works. ...- F/U: 8/31 Fotile Jane reached out to me the next Monday to offer post-sales support. She listened to my feedback and took notes on how the measurements could be communicated earlier. (Well to my surprise nobody had similar issues before?). Arranged f/u visit by installer early Sep. Adjusted to three starts, hoping other buyers won't have same experiences as me again.

Technician Yang is very professional and enthusiastic. During the installation, the technician did not make an additional inspection hole in the ceiling. He relied on his slender figure to climb into the false ceiling and helped replace the external exhaust hose. This not only maintained the beauty of the kitchen cabinets but also saved us extra costs. Very good.
