Extremely friendly and efficient service rendered by Sai Moi, her positivity is infectious and youre so lucky to have an employee like her. Special mention to Jay who coordinated the order. Oh, on a side note, you can probably do away with your shopee portal. I ordered $200+ of Bak Kwa and guess what you sent me? A pair of fake puma shoes and 2 pairs of socks. No bakkwa eat shoes is it? To make the matter worse, your customer service on shopee is non existent. Nonetheless, great save by your Plaza Sing team.
