FrameIT was recommended to me by an Etsy seller whom I purchased some digital downloads from. It took a while for me to make a decision as the price of the frames was obviously a bit more expensive than the prints I had purchased. I gave it a go though as it was such a hassle free online option, and turned out to be the best decision made! I am very pleased with the framed prints. It’s amazing how good quality frames can make a big difference. Best of all, I can easily re-use the frames in future as my prints are of pretty standard sizes.

I ordered a simple black frame with white mat border from FrameIT for a print I bought online. The frame is great quality, and I was able to get the poster mounted easily. I’d certainly recommend and will use them again.

I recommend Frameit to everyone. Not only is their user experience seamless and easy to mange through, but their customer service is 2nd to none and they have an extremely fast turn-around for Singapore standards. I placed the order on a Monday and my item was expected for delivery on Friday, with potential delays that I was warned of before check-out (perfect expectation management), due to the high logistics traffic caused by Covid. I messaged the CS team on Wed to have an expectation of when the product would arrive, since my hubby's bday was on Saturday and I wanted to surprise him with the framed pictures. They said that unfortunately they could not promise, as they were dependent on the logistics partner but they would try their best. And that they did! The item was delivered a day early on Thursday! I was thrilled and had plenty of time to even arrange for the pictures to be hanging on the wall before he woke up Saturday. This team is very customer focused and will do all in their power to please & accommodate you. The product is also great.

I ordered a fairly large frame from FrameIt, it arrived timely and the assembling was surprisingly easy. After 2 days of joy, the frame fell from the wall which was completely my fault, I have miscalculated the weight and the 3M tape failed to hold up. I was surprised that the frame didn’t damage much since it fell on the side table then hit the ground. I could happily ignore the dent on the bottom of the frame but the wife insisted to have it fixed. I then contacted customer service to seek for advise, Ben who handled my case immediately offered to replace the frame with no questions asked. The new frame came to me in 2 days. I am very impressed with their efficiency and the excellent customer services. Buy cheap frames go IKEA. If you are willing to pay a reasonable price for high quality + museum class frame, I’d recommend FrameIT with confidence. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service, they go above and beyond to make sure you get 100% satisfaction.
