The team provided superb service and was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the process of designing the lighting for our new home. They weren’t pushy at all and offered expert advice on choosing the right lumens for each room, ensuring the lighting matched both the usage and theme of our spaces perfectly. Their patience really stood out when we needed to test and finalize the lights, and their after-sales service has been nothing short of excellent! They even helped us exchange some lighting fixtures to ensure everything was just right. Thank you, Glowlights, for making our home beautifully lit and functional. Awesome selection of pendant lights at a really competitive price! The owners are very warm and friendly, ever-ready to share their experience and recommendation. They continue to surprise me throughout the two hours I was there, pulling out products from all over the place, trying to mix-and-match the components - Love the hands on experience and the ability to try out ideas with them. Visited glowlights, recommended by my ID. Glowlights carry an array of lights, from downlights, to track lights, to ceiling lights. You name it, they probably have it. Have yet to receive and install my lights. However, the service is great! They reply to your messages promptly and is proactive to recommend you the lights which they have in stocks. Will update the review again after my lights installation.
