I brought my grandmother for a diagnosis at the hearing partners branch at AMK and was served by Tricia. She was extremely patient and kind to my granny, and she made it a safe and warm place for my granny to test her hearing. It was a fuss free process, and Tricia made recommendations to us, and even provided demo units for us to try. At no point was she pushing for us to make a sale. We tried Otticon Real Grade 3 and 2 for two consecutive weeks to see which would suit my grandmother better. She even said that no purchase is needed if my grandmother does not like the hearing aid. I did make the purchase subsequently, and her aftersales was equally brilliant. My granny’s hearing has greatly improved, and so does her quality of life. I sincerely recommend her to anyone looking to diagnose for hearing problems.

Excellent services and customer oriented. I have come across many audiologists spanning over 30 years and it's hard to get the right one that fulfills my expectations to the best. And one among them is Hearing Partners AMK. The audiologist, Ms Tricia, have displayed fantastic patience, professionalism and a skilled audiologist in solving to near effective normal hearing from moderately severe hearing loss that I have. Ms Tricia communicates well using terms that are not overly complicated, friendly, empathic, great time management and genuinely very helpful and dedicated. These are the vital qualities that I seek and value most in an audiologist and I continue to look forward to being served by her hereafter.
