A. A.I had the outmost satisfaction shopping at the outlet at Tampines 1. Emaine was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable in the products at the outlet. She was so patient and cheerful too. It was such a delight to finally purchase my first ever silk quilt comforter and my very first silk pillowcase. Thank you so much and I hope to be back.
S. B.Great customer service and attentive, willing to allow customer to try 5 pillow in a secluded spot. While the pillow is affordable for the quality, might want to ask about the pricing of their bed set first before trying or agreeing to buy. Although all the cheaper $50+ price tags are displayed, the expensive $250+ to $300+ range price tags are hidden. Would gave a 5 if forthcoming with prices. 🙂 anyways, spend I did.
M.My family has been using Highlander bed sheets for the pass 5 years, we have tried others brand’ bed sheet, but my daughter refused to use and insisted the Highlander bed sheets!
