Yesterday and today I went to the showroom to buy the toilet seats. Morning 9am and the smile, service and welcoming of the staff Ms.Giang was awesome. This is what every staff should have that kind of great sense of humour. In fact today she offered a fantastic coffee too. A great staff for a good recognised company of Singapore. Keep it up guys.

He actually listens to you and then provides his recommendations based on that. That's a very good quality of a service provider. He doesn't push or hard sell you anything at all. The products are of good quality and reasonable prices. We are very pleased with Gabriel's high quality service as he was very accommodating to our urgent requests made on short notice. 😀 Worth paying this place a visit and checking out their products.

This is my second major purchase from Hupfarri. My experience has been excellent both the times. When looking to buy something significant - typically I (and I assume everyone), look for Quality, Great Promo pricing and a dependable after Sales Service. I have to say I got all three from Hupfarri ... the bathroom accessories I purchased 3 years are ago are working flawlessly .... and the ones I just got are amazing too. Gabriel is an excellent Sales person - look for him, if you are looking for value and quality recommendations. He was excellent to deal with. I had to go back to him a couple of times for an exchange and to buy additional stuff - he was cheerful and prompt. Hupfarri gave replacement for one of the faulty accessories without any questions... Overall, I'd highly recommend the place for all things bathroom and Kitchen!

Recommended by our main contractor last year during our house renovation to this place and the prices and quality of the sink and toilet bowl were good enough for my husband and I to proceed with the purchase for both our toilets (: Gabriel was really good with his service and assisted us then and also when the soft closing of our master toilet had an issue after a few months of usage. No questions asked, just needed a video proof that the soft closing is really spoilt before we got an exchange. Really grateful for his help and support! (Though it seems from the latest review that he has left the company :/)

I am quite disappointed that the 2 ceiling lights which are exactly the same has 2 different LED lights; one is exactly what I wanted but the other has an orangey tone to the bright white setting. I hope you will come and replace it as soon as possible.
