Attended a Christmas wreath workshop and it was very fun indeed. Thank you Adeline, Christine and the other lady for organising, (I’m so sorry I forgot your name, lady with pretty purple hair that taught us abt scent layering!!!) thank you ladies for spending your Friday night with us and entertaining our nonsense. 😍 hope to join such workshops again in future.

Received wonderful experience from the staff name Kristin, she was extremely friendly and very easy to approach. Initially I thought that I am more incline towards fragrance with a Woody Scent. Kristin let me try various fragrance with different top notes which allow me to found the one which I am inclined to. When Kristin mentioned that the Bitter Mandarin was a limited edition fragrance, I know that this fragrance was the one for me. Thank you so much Kristin for the wonderful service experienced. I would definitely recommend anyone who wish to find out more of their signature scent from Kristin as she is patient and easy to approach.

The service rendered at this store is a far cry from the one we had at MBS yesterday. We wanted to get another set of diffuser so we headed down to another store, BHG. We were served by SA Zie. Not only she recommended several scent, she gave pretty decent description of the fragrances. She walked us through (scent) as we tried to smell the samples through our mask. It didnt make us feel like a rush to simply grab and go. We even raised a query to another SA Cheryl (who had her hands tight on some stuff) but attended to our questions the same. Nice!
