N. A. R.Kiehls suit with my skin . Love to get advise from Miss Wendy. She very mindful and really get update time to time about my skin every i come to shop. I have sensitive skin so she understand what i need .I am with kiehls since 2022.
J. C.I had a great experience with Ms Christina Wong, a very sweet young lady She is genuinely courteous, enthusiastic and passionate to serve. It was a pleasure to talk to her before visiting the shop and meeting her in person. I would look for her specifically again for my skincare needs.
J. T.Went to collect my sample pack and was served by Sue Yee on 20/04/22 at around 5:30pm. She had superb customer service and explained the sample products perfectly. She told me the skincare steps in detail and even gave me 2 extra serum samples after she tested out my skin hydration levels.
S. T.The staff is friendly but not educated well about the product ingredients to answer questions. He offered me samples of their products with my purchase of an item. Will surely try them out 🙂
