I've had such a positive experience with Kohepets that I felt compelled to share. A few weeks ago, I purchased Vitakraft cat litter in bulk, but only realized later that I had mistakenly ordered the crystal type instead of the bentonite one I usually use. Even though the error was entirely on my part, Kohepets was incredibly accommodating. They made the return and refund process hassle-free and quickly resent the correct product. Their customer service team was understanding and efficient, which I truly appreciate. More recently, I placed an order on 3rd September, with the delivery promise of three working days. However, I urgently needed the cat litter, so I reached out to them. Despite the tight timeline, Kohepets made the extra effort to expedite my order, and I'm expecting to receive it by today, just a day after placing it. I am deeply grateful to Kohepets for their efficiency, commitment to customer satisfaction, and willingness to go above and beyond. They’ve certainly earned my loyalty!

i’ve been buying my cat food and supplies from Kohepets ever since i had my cat! i’m very pleased with the delivery time as it is always super fast - i always receive within 1-2 days after ordering, even though email mentioned 3 working days. their service is great too. i reached out to them to make some changes to my order as my cat developed a food allergy reaction, and they were swift in taking action and trying to arrange delivery for me on the same day. they even offered to absorb the additional costs incurred even when i told them i’d pay for it. thank you so much for your customer service 😊

One of these orders was not $60, so we got charged the $8 delivery charge. Since both orders together were well over $60 though, the $8 delivery charge was promptly refunded - excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, they recently increased the prices around 10-20% for items we used to buy from here. Both their online & brick-and-mortar competition have way cheaper prices now for the exact same items - so there's zero reason for us to purchase from Kohepets now. On the plus side, their delivery has usually been speedy for stocked items. So if you prioritize that, here's an option.
