Great service from Alvin, who was informative, patient and helpful with addressing concerns on durability and cost effectiveness and managing budget. He knew the range of goods on lights, hob, sink, toilet and pros and cons and worked in sync with our ID / project manager to confirm supply would meet deadlines and floor plan requirements. May not be the cheapest goods but not the most expensive but we pay for proper advice and experience and reliable after-sales service.

The service at Lights & Bathroom Solutions at Oxley bizhub was great. Jason, our sales guide, explained the use of each appliance really well and also its suitability. He takes into account the customer’s preferences and needs and guides them accordingly. He also looks at the floor plan of the house to provide suggestions. He is an expert for sure. Most importantly, he also takes into account the budget. The quality of the appliances are good and it works really well. Shopping at LBS is a breeze. Jason was understanding and accommodating. If you are on a budget, do consider shopping at LBS, the items there are affordable and it caters to everyone’s needs.
