The experience I had was excellent. Jeff kept me regularly updated on the progress. His team of workers exceeded all my expectations with their customer service. They laid floor sheets to minimize dirt and covered my bed with a plastic sheet to prevent dust. They also went above and beyond to vacuum the floor daily and sanded the edges for a smooth finish. They moved all my belongings to and from the balcony, making the renovation process pleasant and stress-free. Minimal supervision was required.

Ern Ru was very accommodating, taking up my order to remove the old existing vinyl and lay new vinyl on short notice. He didn't overcharge/mark up the price, which I really appreciate. His skilled team of workers also completed the living room neatly. I would strongly recommend Luxury Floor to any friends or family.
