Exceptional good service and friendliness from the below mentioned staffs from IMM M1 Shop. Firstly, i have to thank the Branch Manager, Cynthia for her good service, tremendous patience and understanding about the whole unpleasant and unacceptable experience i had with the “Customer Service” department (which was still not resolved yet) and she managed to salvage the whole unpleasant situation. Secondly, thanks to the counter staff named Heng Ming Ho who has served me well throughout the whole transaction, well done Ming Ho! Lastly, thanks to Joanna (another manager) who has also assisted me well during the whole period too! Without 3 of them today, i would definitely left with a very disappointed experience! Keep up the good work guys!

The staff that I served me "Ash" she's a very patient regards to my questions and doubts as I asked too much at once. So she actually helped me guided me give me the best recommendation on my contract and new plans. She's able to answer and cleared all one by one of my multiple plans. I went to M1 IMM & was attended by Ms ASWANII NAGARAJAN on Fri 20/9/24. I supposed to collect my pre-ordered iPhone16 Max Pro as I have recontract online a few days before. However the recontract package that I signed up was not the right one as I supposed to sign up for a CORI contract. Recontracting online can be very confusing as there are lots of packages to choose from & it was not possible for me to redo the process again. Ms Ash was patient & assisted me to change to the right package; she even recommended me the best package based on my personal usage. Thank you to Ms Ash & it was a great customer service from her! Appreciate her very much!

Thanks Asa & Eugene for the giving ME the information i required at 16/12! Despite facing nasty customers (I've seen occasionally whenever i drop by), both Asa & Eugene provides excellent assistance to customers in need! I was educated well that M1 shops doesn't have ANY customer service face to face BUT the staffs are more than helpful to assist you to call the customer service support hotline 1627 be it for termination, home internet connection issues and bill issues requests! I've also seen them assisting foreigners & elderlies to dial 1693 for prepaid services as well. The waiting time for the hotline could be horrible at times but at least most of the time the common simple issues are resolved.

Hi M1, I did a walk-in to M1 IMM shop on 24 April 2024 at 4.09pm and got queue number through queue number machine. After entering mobile number on queue number machine, received first SMS stating that queue number was 8016. Estimated waiting time was twenty-eight minutes with two customers ahead in queue as stated on queue status through link given by SMS. After knowing estimated waiting time and number of customers ahead in queue, strolled along shop area. Approximately six minutes later received second SMS indicating that my queue number would be called soon, and pleased proceed to shop to wait for queue number to be called. Immediately I proceeded to shop after receiving second SMS and approached trainee staff, Agnes, who was stationed at queue number machine. I was unable to view current queue numbers that were served by current available counters in shop. She mentioned that queue number would be called both verbally by serving counter staff and also through SMS. Agnes was friendly, helpful, and polite for clarification on queue system. Approximately seven minutes later, received third SMS indicating to proceed to counter 4 for my queue number 8016. Upon arrival at counter 4, I was warmly welcomed and greeted with a smile by retail associate, Ashwanii Nagarajan. I mentioned to her that I wanted to transfer of ownership for my existing mobile plan and remain same mobile number. I am an existing M1 customer and had been using same M1 mobile number for twenty years, since I was a student. I would like to continue my updated mobile plan with M1. She highlighted that for above mentioned conditions to be processed, there would be downtime of two to three days. As I only hold one mobile line, I requested to get it expedited which I urgently needed my mobile line to be contactable in case of any emergency matter. After listening and understanding that possible situation may arise, with exception handling she put a request to get it done with utmost priority. On 25 April 2024, Ashwanii Nagarajan called and mentioned that the request submitted was approved and it was done due to exception. We arranged for an appointment on same day despite she had another appointment off-site at the later part of the day. She went the extra mile to wait for me personally, although she could have handover to one of her colleagues to complete on her behalf but she extended her stay. She reassured me that she walked me through the sign-up process and recommended that SIM-only mobile plan was most suited to my personal needs and usage. Despite her having to go off-site after that, the entire sign-up process was explained in a clear and concise manner with profound knowledge. Everything was done smoothly, systematically, and she answered all my queries. She also helped to remove previous SIM card to current one from my phone, and ensured that both call and text were functional. Ashwanii Nagarajan was attentive, courteous, customer-centric, efficient, friendly, meticulous, patient, polite, proactive, and professional. Thank you so much for going the extra mile in expediting the process, and definitely made my day. Excellent customer service rendered by Ashwanii Nagarajan, who is a valuable asset to M1.
