We had to come down to the branch to have the ownerahip changed. We were pleasantly served by Jessie. She is such a sweet gal and was all smiles. Unfortunately, i had to co.e again the following day to get a new SIM. Jessie had informed us that we dont have to wait. At registration, we just need to look for her. Again, she was all smiles. In fact, the staffs were all friendly and helpful. Thank you Jessie. Keep up the good work!

Was being attended to by a staff named Wai Siang. I am seriously very happy with his service. He answered all my queries, give very good suggestions and was very polite and patient. I have a few mobile lines with m1 hence I have some questions to ask but he never rush through his answer and never make me feel like he is trying to finish the transaction quickly. I hope he will get commended as he is a valuable asset to M1. With staffs like him. I will be more than happy to continue my journey with m1 for many more years to come.

My name is Peter Sim. I just visited M1 Shop at Tampines Mall. I was impressed by Waisiang's Great Customer Service. I was kind of lost on whether to recontract but after his advises, I finally came to a conclusion to grab the good deal of the 2.5gbps plan at $39.90 (as of 18 Aug 2024). I even grab the deal for the better TP Link DECO Mesh Router at just additional $16 per month (pay for 24 months and it's all mine). End up I still save because I can't get the same price if I buy from shopee. Thank you Waisiang. You are Great! :)

I called customer service and waited for so long to get some help for the fiber line I wanted to setup as I am moving house. I asked basic question such as if I neet a fiber termination point,do I select new fiber setup in website ?do I terminate the current fiber plan I have. Customer service kept answering I don't know. I don't know, I don't know, go shop and ask. So I had gone down to the shop and told them of experience. At first the guy at the door was trying to turn me away saying I should self service and he was also stumped when I asked advice what to do and what to select. So when I finally got to a staff Mr Soh, the service is excellent and I got setup and instructions immediately. I wish service would be the standard that Mr Soh delivers and the 4stars is for him.
