Excellent services provided. Their driver, Nicholas provided a very pleasant ride for our very 1st experience taking such a transport. Besides being pleasant and courteous, Nicholas even went out of his way to fix one of the brakes for mum's wheelchair when he noticed it was faulty. Such an unexpected and kind act! Definitely a big plus for this company and strongly recommend their services.

I actually got in touch with them pretty late at night at around 9-ish p.m.. I didn't expect a reply that night. Was thinking that I would get a reply the next day, but lo-and-behold, they actually replied to me in the next 10 minutes. Received the wheelchair the next day within the stipulated timing that we have agreed upon. The wheelchair received is in good working condition and maintained well. Fuss free service. Friendly. Straight to the point. 👍🏼

He explained to my dad on the adjustable walking stick and set the height of the stick to suit my dad as he is rather tall. He explained the disadvatage of using umbreall as walking stick. I first reached out to Medical Assistance 4 U to inquire about their packaged deal for family outings for my loved one, who is wheelchair bound. Chow is prompt and polite in his response, and thoughtful in answering all my concerns about wheelchair types, the care needs that my loved one has. When I needed an A&E trip for my loved one during a Sat night, he responded with compassion and understanding to my family’s stress and anxiety. Wait time was quick within 30 mins and service provided to my loved one is kind. Pricing is also much more reasonable than calling for an ambulance, plus more than 2 caregivers can accompany. Am happy and grateful for his service and will contact again for future medical transport needs!
