I have to bring bike to another Mobot centre the next day as it could not unfold properly..thankfully Ryan from Bt Batok branch not only addressed the problem but also taught me how to use the helmet and the air pump. Great service by Robin and his team (Alex and Nancy). If you are looking for a great trifold with a bang for your buck, go to MOBOT Westgate. I rode my bike into them late at night for a spoke repair (still under warranty). Within a day, they had it fixed. Alex was very friendly and took down all the issues. Thank everyone!

Found the perfect gift for my son's birthday here - lightweight foldable 14inch bike with all the fancy gadgets. Kelvin is the BEST sales ever, friendly, patient and really understands the customer's needs, not to mention the craftsmanship tuning the bike. If I were the boss, I would certainly put Kelvin in charge as he builds trustworthy relationships with the customers, instead of aiming for one-time transactions only.

I’m updating my review based on my experience so far. Is it common for new bicycles to have a lot of issues? because since I purchased this bike, I’ve just run into a string of issues. I have no complains about the service and after sales support. I think that is one of the reasons why I decided to get a Camp gold from Mobot. Basically, I decided this foldie over the likes of Dahon (which does not have an official retailer in SG or maybe it was not made easily available) and I’m not sure if I made the right decision. A little bit background, so I upgraded my black camp gold by paying extra 200 dollars for a blue color. I thought aesthetically it appeals to me the most hence, in total I paid about $1699. Since my purchase, the first bicycle that was issued to me had a problem where the disk brakes were rubbing onto the brake pads causing friction and sound on the back wheel. I brought it home after purchase and discovered some dents and scratches on the rear disk brakes, the gold plating area and there were some other cosmetic issues. Because I was so excited to buy the bike, I did not commit to a full inspection and much of the problems I discovered was only after I started riding the bike. Since I just got it off the shelf, I requested for a new bike and went down the next day to collect it. The second bicycle that was issued to me had a problem on gear shifting. Basically, the gear would shift by itself when I’m not changing the gears and it would struggle to find the correct grip because I would be peddling and suddenly it drops to another gear, and I would lose my footing on the pedal. This happened way too many times for me to ignore and I started noticing a lot of resistance when pedaling. At this point, I just want the issue to be resolved because on paper, the specs are decent, and I consoled myself since the issue could be fixed by the mechanics. So, I rode down to the Service Centre at WCEGA Plaza and left it for servicing. Unfortunately, there were a lot of bicycles to service due to the peak season, I’d have to leave it behind and collect it some other day. It doesn’t feel good to have your bicycle brought to the service center less than a week of purchase. In conclusion: Their service and after sales support, are 100% amazing. Especially the staff at JCube Ms Stella and her team and the staff at the service centre WCEGA Plaza are very professional and was able to identify the problem swiftly. Hands down one of the best services you can get from a bicycle shop. The camp gold is really a solid bike. Unfortunately, I happen to run into these issues, If I was mechanically savvy, I’m sure I could have done some tweaks here and there to be the perfect Foldie for me. So do take your time to inspect the bike before you bring home.

My kid love the stego kid bike especially the green colour option. The bike is very light with suspension. The tyre is those thicker type to ensure kid safety. The staff is also very helpful and given some freebies for the purchase. My kid has trouble with selecting her favourite helmet but the staff is patient enough to provide more choices for her to choose. The overall experience is great and will recommend others to try their bikes.

Technician has attitude problem. Bike was sent in for repairs because the bicycle chain was stuck and the bike was unable to move.. He did some adjustment and it was fixed. But within next 15mins while out riding on the road the chain was stuck again. I had to push the bike all the way back to their shop to fix again. When asked why did this happen after he just fixed it, he answered rudely "How should I know?". The company should know that such bad attitude and poor workmanship cannot be tolerated. Imagine cycling on the road and suddenly the bike jammed! This is a serious road safety issue!

5 stars is for the retail sales service but absolutely not for the after-sale! Bought the bike on 01 May, delivered on 06 May 22 but .... read till the end. Eunice was extremly patient. Besides sharing her knowledge she also assisted me with the comparison of the bike models. She served me for almost an hour and I got to try various bikes till satisfaction. There was a promo and I got my Camp lite XII at 7% discount plus 7 free accesories. I received my order after a few follow up calls and messages by Eunice that few of the accessories are out of stock and offered other items as exchange. Bike came without mudguard which I placed an order to add on. Left pedal cannot be latched on as easily as the right one and the lock does not latch back in place to hold the pedal. Rubber casing around the pedal latch is also a bit torn. I was contacted by the service centre regarding the miss-out mudguard. Hopefully a proper replacement is done and sent to me very soon. There goes my planned ride this weekend. Unfortunately I was later told I have to send the bike to the store in order to have the issues fixed. But this is unfair to a customer when the product came incomplete and with faults. The staff has stopped responding to me. This is getting frustrating.
