We both our very first pet, Zeus. Owen was very helpful and patient. The process was very smooth from first viewing till we brought Zeus back to home. Total ard 3-5 days. As in first time pet owner, the explanations were clear and provided food and all sort of required stuffs. Zeus is very well behaved and toilet trained too. Overall we are very happy and lucky. Thank you Owen.

Thank you Owen for the wonderful service and the sweetest cutest lapcat! Our kitten was so well-adjusted and being a little princess within hours of reaching home, ate and drank so well, and made biscuits NONSTOP (it is the cutest sight!). The way she snuggled up to us and trusted us even in less than 24hours is so telling of how well she was cared for previously by Owen and how loved she was. Owen also answered many of our queries before, during, and after our purchase. He showed such great love and passion in his kittens and that really shines through the way he talks about them and interacts with them. We could tell he really wanted his kitten to go to a loving home from the way he prepared the takehome kit for our little girl. We visited and enquired with many catteries and this is really one of the best experience! Thank you Owen for giving us a lovely family member! Will totally get a second kitten here again if we get a friend for our little girl!

We visited 4 catteries and selected My CatToon eventually, and it has been an excellent experience! Owen clearly genuinely cares for his cats and it shows in every interaction - he remained super responsive to my many questions, as a first time pet owner, before, during and after the purchase, and was all around just a great guy to deal with. Our beautiful golden BSH, Arthur, developed a mild eye infection (or irritation) 3/4 days after we brought him home and Owen and his wife immediately personally drove down to my apartment to look at Arthur, and pass us eyedrops with detailed instructions for caring for him, all at no charge. We would definitely recommend a stop at this cattery for anyone looking to bring home a BSH.

A good place to start ur search for a cat. I have been to more than 10 catteries and this place is one of the best place around. Seriously legit. Owen only reserves the best kittens for his customers. He meticulously source his cats from overseas and maintains his fees reasonably. He seriously cares for his kittens to find good homes. Check out these cuties coming in soon (July 2024)! Contact them for an appointment and feel the warmth of his service(5 stars)!

Owen has given us such a wonderful and peaceful experience when we purchased our second cat from him. He was patient in explaining how we might integrate our older cat with the new kitten and also never fails to reply promptly when we have a query from him. Will recommend buying from him for those looking for pedigree breeds like British long/short hairs & Ragdolls! We are indeed blessed to know Owen and who knows we might get another fur baby to add to our family 🧡

As first-time British Shorthair owners, we had a great experience. The seller Owen was knowledgeable, patient, and the fees were reasonable. He guided us through every step, and the kitten adjusted quickly within just a few hours of arriving (with no additional delivery costs). Our kitten has a gentle personality and always purrs when you give her affection. Please look for Owen if you are interested in getting one.

Highly recommended Owen and my cattoon! Was recommended by a friend of this shop. Owen is very patient and knowledgeable as we are first time owners.
