He clearly explained all the options and shared with us what would best suit us, he didn’t try to upswell us but rlly found the best router for our needs! Was a little concerned after seeing all the reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient the whole process was! I would like to commend on the excellent service rendered by Ken at Nex store My husband had signed up for a new line at the outlet in AMK Hub yesterday. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the new line despite multiple tries on different devices. Went down to the same outlet for assistance this afternoon to no avail, despite changing 3 SIM cards. Customer service was extremely bad. We were very turned off by the experience and contemplated with canceling the new line. We happened to pass by MyRepublic in Nex in the evening and decided to pop in for assistance. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and provided solution to the problem. Issue was resolved within 10 minutes. We visited the store at 8.45pm, which was 15 minutes from closing time, but Ken was very patient and even offered to let us try out the new SIM card. We are extremely thankful for Ken’s assistance. He is a gem to the company. Will advise all potential customers to visit MyRepublic in Nex for a fuss free experience. Thanks Ken!
