Would have rated 10 stars if I could! Went above and beyond what they should do to accommodate our request of bringing our puppy home a few weeks later. Very helpful and more than professional in their service. We can't thank them more!! ❤️

I got a golden doodle from paw palace. Choosing paw palace was one of the best decisions I made. They have been with me in every step of Oscar’s development. There were times when I had to make 3 am calls due to Oscar’s sickness and they would reply instantly with genuine concern and support. paw palace is no.1 trusted place to become a pawrent

Many Thanks to Jeun & Gwen for being so patient with our family during the query stage. And as we lived on the other side of Singapore from Paw Palace, they were so helpful in our review process by sending pictures and videos to help us through before visiting their shop. And even post sales support was awesome, they provided great advise as I had some challenges settling our puppy and thereafter they stayed on WhatsApp contact still, giving us advise and all. Being someone who values service personally when I am serving my client- so I've high expectations being a customer myself. They definitely deserve 5 stars- perfect place shop to get your pups!!! We got our bundle of joy from Paw Palace, a golden doodle pup! We’re first time owners and have never had any experience raising puppies or dogs. Jeun was so professional and patient with us. He guided us thoroughly, from accommodating us with the logistics before we got him, preparing us in what to expect and setting up our house for our pup, and sharing tips and tricks even after we brought him back home. He also goes out of his way to ensure that we’ve got all our questions promptly answered, including my “silly ones” haha. Almost like a 24/7 friendly hotline tailored for your puppy. It made the whole process a lot more reassuring when we really had no clue on how to make our home more safe and comfortable for our anxious lil pup. Thank you so much Jeun and the rest of the Paw Palace team! :)

It’s one of the best dog shops we have been to. The service is excellent and most importantly the dogs are so well taken care of. The dog we ended up buying is so sweet and well behaved. And the after service is amazing! They check in on how the dog is doing and are ready to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend buying from here!

Got a super adorable Maltipoo here. Gwen the owner is very accommodating and negotiable . Was helpful and had a great experience dealing with him. Pup was well taken care of when I had to delay bringing her home. Service is good. Highly recommend.

Bought our first puppy Cavapoo from Paw Palace! Lady in store explained a lot to us about behaviour, feeding, training etc! They even provide us with a PDF file of puppy guide! It was useful! The after sales service was also pleasant! They replied us with patience and guidance~ thank you so much! Puppy will be in a loving home with us! ❤️

Gwen and Jeun are real genuine, patient and kind people. Their shop was very clean and well laid out with space for prospective doggie mums and dads to interact with the puppies. Nice and clean environment. We are the first owner and have visit the puppy 3 time. Each time we spent decent amount of time to interact with the puppy. It was not stressful at all, and there were no other customers which was very condusive for us. As new owner Jeun explained every detail and gave us huge confidence, as we knew Jeun will support us through the journey. A separate check up by another vet also assured us of the health of the dog. Will definitely recommend to buy from Ben's shop. Definitely highly recommended for the first puppy owner.
