Had a good experience buying cat food for my kittens from here. 1st time here and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the needs of kittens and recommended what to feed them. Really affordable price too! Would recommend to buy from here if you are staying near TPY.

Petinc is my Go-to pet shop for online. Fast delivery and most importantly their price is very competitive. Much cheaper than alot of places. Their customer service is very good too! Friendly and helpful and fast response! They have helped me a great deal for very long and I am very glad to be their regular customer! Highly recommended! In case if u need any urgent stock, u can also drop by their shop at Toa Payoh and they accept CDC vouchers too!

Came by last Friday to check out some wet canned food for my furkid. Was greeted with the most welcoming hello by Shermaine/Chermaine/Chermayne/Shermayne (don’t want to speak your name wrongly so covering all options 😆 She was very knowledgeable and super helpful in recommending products for a little baby kitten, and not to mention she introduced us to the Italian principal of Schesir who was visiting the store. No hard sell whatsoever and ended up walking out with 2 bags full of stuff to try. Will return once the girlie decides which he prefers eating.
