I was initially drawn in by the captivating display of hamsters, intending only to take a quick peek. As I approached the store, an Indian lady greeted me with a warm welcome. She has assisted me in checking the prices and locating the specific items I had inquired about. I’m satisfied with both the products and the exceptional staff.

Very thankful for the young guy who worked on 18jan!! Called to ask if there is Timothy hay as my rabbit has not been eating well and thought of getting a new pack. He even helped me choose the pack with more flowers as my rabbit prefers the flowers and gave me some tips! Rabbit is starting to eat the new pack of hay!!:)

Staff by the name of DIN, provides great customer service and extremely knowledgeable of the products for the guidance of my fish, not only impressed me for fish products, as well as other pets too. Keep it up!
