Bought their house-brand toilet bowl. Super noisy when flush. The tank cover has a gap. Sent an email to the feedback team, but no response. Service at the shop is good though. (Updated) Glad that the service man came quickly and fixed the issue. Thanks!

Econflo is our first (and last!) stop when it comes to bathroom supplies and sanitary fittings thanks to the well curated range of high-quality brands such as Hansgrohe, Duravit, Bravat & Stark, fantastic value and not forgetting incredible service. Look for the very awesome Cleo :)

We called to make appointment to go for one of their stock take sales. As it’s covid so there are strict entry requirement, which made browsing the products on sale more enjoyable(less crowd). We were attended by Irene, she was very good at the products on sale and has suggested different options. Which in the end we got a new sink, bathroom and kitchen faucets all for a great sales price!! The range of products carried are excellent as well, with great discounted price during the sales period.

Great shopping experience with staff named Cleo! She’s friendly and approachable. Gives great advises and assist sincerely. Location is near bus stop, but quite a walking if you don’t know how to navigate in the building. Nevertheless, still worth the trip!

A bit of walking if come by bus/mrt. Varieties of items, layout is a bit messy and walkway is narrow, as it is considered a warehouse. Staff Cleo was friendly and helpful. Bought all Hansgrohe mixers, shower sets and taps, yet to receive as some items are backordered.
