Very disappoint with the service even though they are responsive but their response address faulty machine issue was terrible. I have purchase a set at $888 which comes with a one year warranty and kept having problems throughout the entire year. Nearing the end of the warranty, I ask if could replace for a better model and I offered to top up since my unit had issues throughout the whole warranty period but was given a very low trade-in value. 3months after warranty end, having issues again, each repair cost at least $200 bucks. Might as well buy new set from other reliable vendors Update: When I reached out to them one last time when my machine broke, they offered to replace a new unit of a different model after looking into my case. Appreciate that they decide to replace my unit as it was faulty since the beginning.
