Got our first princess bunny from RHQ and they have been very patient explaining to us on the things to note. Even after sales, when I have a question they will explain to me patiently. My bunny had been going back for grooming and boarding as I know my bunny will be in good hands of them.

The staff is very friendly and nice. They had a large variety of rabbits. They explained to us the difference between rabbits in details. And we were able to hold rabbits and play with them before we decided which rabbit yo purchase.

Best bunnies and best service. They really care about your bunny and provide excellent after sales service. The bunny I bought from them is all grown up now :)

I have only high praises for RHQ. Was attended by Alfie on my first visit. Explaining to me the different breed of rabbits. Not pushy and asked me to keep my option open. Went there a week later, and got my netherlands dwarf. After purchasing, a staff will explain to you on the diet, toilet train, and pet supplies etc. Upon releasing the bunny, they will do a check and again explain to you on the diet etc. Special thanks to Dylan for taking his time to teach me how to feed medicine to the bunny. After sales service was excellent and very responsive to text! If you want a bunny but cannot adopt for some reason, RHQ is the place to come to. They genuinely care about their bunnies! All staff are so friendly and helpful! Glad I got my bunny there!

THE best place to get your rabbit (& they do guinea pigs too). They are all beautifully bred. The setup is lovely with mats on top of the rabbit homes so you can touch and get to know your new bunny. The owners and staff are so so lovely & friendly. I love that we are even trusted alone with the rabbit and they give you some space to decide if they are the right one for you, no push at all. You can contact them anytime, they don’t reply quick but be patient, it was totally understandable with how busy I saw them in the first 30 minutes of opening as they do grooming and boarding too. Very hard to find something this special in Singapore. So worth it!

RHQ is the place for my rabbits end to end needs. Since the time when I bought my 2 lops from RHQ, i am getting good advice from Dylan and team on rabbit diets , medical health issues etc. This is also where my rabbits have their monthly grooming sessions. All in all, RHQ is a trusted adviser for my rabbits needs, highly recommended if owners consider to own a rabbit. Thanks RHQ👍👏👏👏

Seen quite a fair bit of negative reviews on the services from the staff and was frankly affected by it if it is worth the trip. Went down nonetheless and though I told them I am just looking around, asked for breed advise and casual talk, they are all very accomodating. Even don't mind you petting their rabbits. Maybe there is less crowd, but they are certainly friendly.

Staff members were clearly the about animals. They really took the time to explain things to us as first time rabbit owners. Also they were very accomodating even though we didn't book an appointment.

The best place in Singapore to get top quality rabbits. Hand bred rabbits which are given incredible levels of care are available for viewing and they have all the necessities for your rabbit.

Dont expect the best service if you don't dress up. Staff seems to look down on you when asked about prices. They will only entertain if you show genuine interest in buying. The products are priced at a premium. Very difficult to get parking due to space constraints.

Basically, a pet shop where you can have a look and feel of bunnies. They will only entertain you if you show interest in buying. Exhorbitantly priced bunnies at 880$ / bunny!
