I had a great buying experience from Raku Inu. Pleasant visits to interact with my dog a few times before bringing him home. The staffs provided amazing assistance and patiently answered all the questions from a first-time owner like myself. Later on, I did a DNA test for my dog and the results came back to confirm the information given by the shop on the breed and the origin was accurate. Highly recommended!

Bought a puppy from them. Shop is clean and well maintained and can tell that they're super professional in their job, not a pet shop that is just interested in profits. They have been extremely patient and accomodating in addressing our concerns as we're first time pet owners, going above and beyond answering our queries after we purchased our puppy that even sometimes we feel paiseh for constantly asking them. I would say that their after sales service is second to none and probably the best I have encountered among different establishments, and that alone made us glad that we chose Raku Inu as our pet shop. I say this after visiting 3 other pet shops. We're definitely will be going there for their grooming services too.

We got our first maltipoo puppy, Moochi, from Raku Inu in December. We have had a very pleasant experience from the first time we visited the shop and subsequent 2 times before we finally brought Moochi home. Agnes has been very helpful and patient in answering all our questions before, during and after the sale. She will also respond to my WhatsApp messages whenever I have any queries. Thanks to Agnes ' guidance, Moochi has settled happily in her new home with us and she brought a lot of joy to us. I highly recommend any first time pawrent to look for Raku Inu and Agnes if they are looking to buy a puppy.

We loved our experience with Raku Inu. We bought our bundle of joy Sage from here. The owner is very accommodating and the puppies have a great start with her getting the right attention to give the puppy the best start meeting other dogs and other humans. We will certainly check back in when we're ready for puppy number 2

After searching for many shops, we went to Raku Inu. But surely hit to a right place. They are super friendly and staff is very gentle and kind. They explained us and recommended the right dog as per our requirements, as we were looking for a small breed. We got a cavachon from Raku Inu, who is just adorable. They also have a play area in their shop to interact with the dogs. They have given all the basic things needed like cage, grooming kit etc as complimentary. Also after 2 days they do follow up if we have any difficulties with the dog. I Highly recommended them😊👍🏻

My first time here and really love the cut! I have tried other groomer but they didn’t manage to cut like what I wanted and finally after trying Raku Inu, they manage to get what I want even without me showing any sample photo. Friendly groomer called to discuss on the hair cut before she start and before sending my dog back, they send a photo to see if I need any parts to be trim again. Thank you once again for a nice cut!

Very good experience in their new shop at Indus Road. It was a Friday night. When we arrived, the guys were doing area cleaning. Shop was clean and bright. Area for socializing with the dog was sufficiently large. We sat in it comfortably. Socialized with the puppy. Chatted with the sales rep. We told her we were first time owner. We asked many questions about the breed, training and care tips, and the purchase process. She was patient, informative and helpful. We left after 45mins, when the next potential pet owner arrived.

Raku inu is super professional!! We bought our dog from there and they patiently explained to us everything that we needed to know from what food he can eat, what food he cant eat. They patiently answered all our questions. Raku inu even helped me to find my dog's siblings for me to contact them! They take super great care of doggy when he was there. Big shout out to them!

Got my corgi pup at Raku Inu 2 months ago. Staffs at Raku inu is very patient, helpful and also very responsive when I text them. I would say they are by far the best pet shop I have been to because unlike any other pet shop, they have the best interest for their puppies instead of just doing business

Sent my Golden Retriever, Bailey, to Raku Inu for the first time and I was so happy with the cut they gave her! Bailey has been frequenting another grooming salon for 10 years but it was a hassle travelling there. So glad that I’ve managed to find a place which is so much more convenient and is able to give Bailey such a beautiful cut (:
