I wish to commend the outstanding service provided by two store assistants, Yamin and Xiaolong.
My sister had asked me to purchase 12 small packets of toiletries, and due to a misunderstanding, I mistakenly assumed she wanted 12 cartons (each carton has 24 small packets).
In the midst of my confusion and the unsuccessful attempt to reach my sister for confirmation, Yamin offered to call their head office and boss to check the availability of such a large quantity of stock. Both Yamin and Xiaolong served without any frustration or unhappiness.
It was during the cost calculation that I realised the correct quantity was packets, not cartons.
Despite my mistake, Yamin and Xiaolong maintained their service with friendliness and cheerfulness. They were helpful, polite, patient, and friendly throughout the process.
Their excellent customer service has left a positive impression, and I want to commend them for their dedication.
