Quite a big store. Definitely will find what you need for baking here. They sell frozen seafood such as fish roe, squid and fishes. They also sell foe gras, caviar and assortment of cheeses. The chocolate are held in a separated cooled area to keep it from melting. There is also a sitting area and a baking teaching area.

Beautiful outlet with an outstanding selection of ingredients and equipment for your every need. This is by far, the largest and most extensive inventory I have ever seen in regard to baking. Even the chocolate collection is impressive and has its dedicated cold room. For non-bakers, this outlet will impress with its selection of pastas, sauces, spices, and premium raw ingredients. Visiting this shop was such a treat!

phoon huat is a solid place for baking and cooking stuff i recommend callebut 823 baking chocolate it is delicious. but not for making cookies tho it burns kinda easily imo i think its best to just eat them up >:)

Am I unlucky or what. Always went there, met the same stoned-face young female staff. I wish she could be more friendly and smile to customers. Four stars for the grey hair middle age gentleman with glasses, who is always at the cashier with a warm and friendly service. * I was there on 16 May 2202 @ 1630-1640hrs.

Very organise, neat and tidy. Staffs are friendly & approachable too. Also the shop is located at the basement where there is Daiso and Mr DIY. Happy Place at that level for each of my family.
